STATE CHAMPIONS

 

TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS, ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND RECORDS THIS SEASON   

 

-County team Champions

-Eastern Relay team champions.

-MSU Invite team champions.

-Houston Classic team champions with 154 points.  Second (Cordova) had 65.

-Hunter Harrison broke his discus school record at the Jamboree, Dragon Relays, and Eastern Relays.  The current mark is at 183-0.  He has also broken the Houston Classic and Dragon Relay discus records this year.

-Wade Wells broke the 170 mark in the discus at the Dragon Relays.

-Noah Arrindell broke the school record in the 200 at the Jamboree, UM Preseason Invite, and then MSU Invite.  Record stands at 21.91.  Named athlete of the meet at the Houston Classic.

-4*100 (Tevin-Jak-Malik-Noah) broke the school record at the Ole Miss Invite, Houston Classic and County Championships.  The record stands at 42.43.  

-4*200 (Jak-Malik-Tevin-Nick) broke the school record at the Eastern Relays and again at the County championships.  The record stands at 1:29.45.

-4*400 (Nick-Malik-Ronald-Noah) broke the school record at the County championships.  The record stands at 3:22.66.
